  3. Category Level — themes such as quality, delivery, finance, customer or risk.
  4. Individual KPI Level — the specific indicators that carry weighted influence on the higher levels.

Weighted aggregation logic ensures that results at each level are not simple averages, but governed reflections of strategic importance and contributions from lower levels.

High‑impact KPIs receive proportional weighting influence

The architecture emphasizes that high-impact KPIs should receive proportional weighting influence in the overall performance evaluation. KPITRON encodes this through the KPI Weight Designer and HSW-KGM logic.
